Swaleka is a personal health record project with a simple purpose: help people keep, manage and access their health information in one place.
Our mission
To empower individuals with a secure, centralised place for their personal health records. We believe health information should be accessible, private and easy to understand.
Our vision
The name Swaleka combines the Sanskrit words “Swa” (self) and “Leka” (document). The vision is a connected health-record system where people and care providers can collaborate while respecting privacy.
